Residential Units

To apply for an apartment, please visit our office Monday through Friday (9am to 6pm), and Saturday (9am to 2pm) to fill out an application.

We conduct interviews on a first-come, first-serve basis pending apartment availability.  At Bajraktari Realty Management there is no broker fee for any of our apartments but there is a credit check fee($20).
